The people behind Leadhunter
Personally involved
Supported by an experienced team
Susan Raitt and Anton Brouwer are the owners and your strategic contacts. Our team carries out the preparation, customer contact and follow-up.

Experience that sees the bigger picture
Good customer contact deserves attention and depth. Understanding your organisation, knowing who you approach and carefully building on each conversation form the basis.
Susan and Anton help develop your commercial approach. They connect their experience with our team’s work and support your people through coaching and training.
From Goes, we work for business clients in the Netherlands and abroad, including technology and business services. We shape the collaboration around your organisation and the people you want to reach.
A team that fits
your needs
Listening carefully, asking relevant questions and taking an interest in people are essential to customer contact. We consider experience, skills and the person behind a CV.
For each collaboration, we agree preparation, delivery and feedback. You work with one committed partner, backed by a team.
Our beginnings
Building valuable customer
relationships since 2011
Leadhunter grew out of Salesopleidingen.nl: alongside training, businesses needed support putting their plans into practice. From that experience, our approach developed: research, strategy, personal customer contact and team development reinforce each other. That accumulated experience helps us understand what your organisation needs.
A warm approach to cold outreach — looking beyond the first conversation
Personal attention has been at the heart of Leadhunter from the start. Today, that same approach connects our research, strategic advice, customer contact and support for your team.
